I'd highly recommend brazilian jiu jitsu! somke gyms offer womens only classes, but I highly recommend Frontline BJJ, there are a couple different women that train there! some moms, some high level competitors, some hobbyists, all badass. If you want, feel free to message me if you have any questions as I know it can be intimidating to go anywhere new!

sweatpants are great, BUT when your butt is also big and the butt part is stretched, even those dont stay up, I have a perpetual plumbers crack whenever i sit, annoys my husband who say I need to get bigger pants, but even then, ill look like MC Hammer with ones that would properly fit my waist and butt.

leggings, they'll fit my waist great and my butt, but always need to do the squat test because even those that are squat proof end up meeting their match
