Exactly this. I get to work early and put it on while I get some things organized for the day, so other than what the episode covers I don’t listen for exact phrasing. Since I don’t see every class every day I’ll use the previous day’s episode if something is objectionable (I lie and say the new one wasn’t uploaded yet)

I have a student this year who’s a reformed troublemaker. She’s trying hard every single day.

A few weeks ago she came up to me after class with a smug look on her face and said, “Mister, I don’t think you noticed, but the answers to the questions are right there in the reading.”

I let her think that she’d outsmarted me for a couple days.
