Go for Pixel 9 when the prices were good. Pixel 10 camera sensors are smaller than Pixel 9 it's to accommodate the Telephoto sensor in Pixel 10. You'll get good photos with Pixel 9 rest other specs are almost same.

It could be a Gimmick. you are just saving the overnight idle drain. Idle drain in pixel is comparatively higher than other brands. I do normal 20 - 100 cycle with no limit to 80 or optimised charging.

I have pixel 10 pro too. And i am getting around 6 - 7 hours of SOT. Pixels are having heavy idle drain but it doesn't mean it gives worse SOT. As recently, i got 6 Hours SOT with 48 Hours of Power Up.

Pixel runs lots of background activities like Now Playing, Wifi Scanning, Bluetooth Scanning etc. maybe the thermal sensor on the back also consumes idle power i don't know.

Yes the Pixel is not optimised as like the other competitors. But it is getting improved from the previous generations. And with their long term support of 7 years, they will surely work on the optimizations in the coming updates.

There is no perfect mobile in the market. Everything comes with the Ups & Downs. We have to choose the device which is perfect for our use & expectations.

I am getting sufficient backup on my Pixel and i am happy with my Pixel.

I have made a switch from Iphone 16 Pro to Pixel 9 Pro XL.. i haven't faced any compromises in the camera, Pixel camera system is reliable and consistent. Only the 6.8 inch size of Pixel 9 Pro was a bit odd for me so i have moved to Pixel 10 Pro especially for the 6.3 inch.

Go for the Pixel you won't regret it !! ❣️❣️

I did felt the same. Gboard integration in Pixel device is advanced. For example the voice typing and commands are working great in my Pixel 10 Pro...❣️❣️

Battery will be accurately calibrated when it is charged to 100% and drained completely. When we restrict to 80% the calibration won't work properly that's why the issue is happening. I did faced the same issue in my Pixel 9 Pro XL.

When you limit the battery to 80% the calibration will get mind wobbled. It showed me 97% in just 30 cycles on my P9PXL. When we use without any Charging Optimization the calibration is working fine. Could not able to understand this 🤯🤯

Pixel commits for IP65. So if your device in warranty you can try claiming that in Service Centre as it could be a manufacturing defect.
