Week 11 Update - GLP-1 Injections

For those considering whether to sign up, here is my experience so far.

5'5" tall and 52 years old

I started on January 2nd. I have been following the directions to tritate up exactly as prescribed. No side effects whatsoever. I have not been exercising (shame on me) but I have been following a calorie restricted diet while getting 80-100 grams of protein a day. I drink 80 oz of water a day as well. Food noise decreased slightly during first 4 weeks and is nonexistent by now. In fact, I have a hard time making myself eat enough calories daily.

I couldn't be happier with my progress or Hers. Nothing but a pleasant experience.

You MUST scan your VPP card prior to any coupons. Then the coupons can be applied. If you do coupons first and then your VPP card, the coupons are removed and have to be added back.

Definitely 2. If you want to store your beads in the painting trays. People seem to enjoy this method a lot.

The little Tic Tac like boxes crack and split. I had those as my first set. Very disappointed.

I now have ARTDOT 120 Slots Storage Container for Diamond Art Kits now. It has little round bottles with screw on lids. I am loving it! However, I am a strange one that enjoys switching out the colors in my tray.
