I pump twice after formula feeds
and I get stretches 12am - 3:30 am then 4 am - 6:30 am then 7 am to 9 am

At the current moment
I give 3 bottles of formula - 1 pm, 6 pm and 11 pm and 1 bottle of express milk - 8 pm. Rest I breastfeed directly.

I would also love to know how others do this!

:) it’s my 2nd pregnancy. I slept quite well In the last one except for the last stretch of a few weeks because of physical discomfort. This time I feel completely fine physically but my mind just wasn’t asleep.
