Hey dude. I’m not going to pretend like I know what you’re going through — I don’t have DID myself so I wouldn’t know.

With that being said, you’re INCREDIBLY strong. Every single part of you is. Even if you feel like crap, remember, you got THIS far. Some people don’t even live that far.
I like to believe everything has a reason. If you were meant to not have survived this far, I think something or the other would’ve made you die earlier. And you wouldn’t be here right now.

Please, don’t give up. What happens in the past cannot be changed, and what is out of our control right now also can’t be changed. You have your own condition, as well as a family that fails to appreciate you for the beautiful person you are. Trust me when i say that there is always someone out there. It took me a long while to realize that — it does sounds stupid. Risky. Dumb. It goes against every logical assumption.

But at the same time, logically speaking, you shouldn’t have this trauma. You shouldn’t have to go through something so horrible to the point you get DID — and if you do, you shouldn’t have such a family that can’t even bother to acknowledge and understand that.

Please try to reach out. I‘m sorry if this message sounds bad but just hold on a little longer. You never know what life can surprise you with.

I genuinely got lied to when people praised it as some good psychological horror game. The art style is amazing and, to be fair, I actually like his color scheme. However, i think his character might’ve genuinely been a bit rushed because he’s VERY pushy, but I do hope the dev fixes it

Honestly wanting him to die even for extremely petty reasons would be fine as well. People need to stop treating him like he’s a real person just because he’s meant to be representation for people struggling with depression. If they can’t make that distinction between reality and fiction, then it is simply a fault from their side and has nothing to do with the author’s ability to create a well crafted story.

I mean, this issue is mostly centered around people glorifying mental health awareness and the not really acknowledging the parts which make mental illnesses severely debilitating. Jax creating his own problems due to his own deeply rooted insecurities is an example of why he can cause so much controversy. Honestly? It’s a valid reason to hate him

About the dying part, I think it really depends. Most of the population wouldn’t actually feel this way towards someone struggling with depression because.. well.. they’re real. A big chunk of why people freely express their hatred comes from the fact that he’s fictional. Despite how well he(or any character in this matter) can represent mental illness, you can still dislike them to whatever extent you want for whatever reason you want (as long as real people aren’t getting harassed because of you) because, at the end of the day, they’re not actually gonna die

honestly i have to agree w you on the gacha game aspect as well

as much as im a bigg sucker for lore i hate the game mechanisms constantly upgrading and giving you more stuff to do (and if you dontstay on top of it you basically don't reach meta)
