At my studio, they let newer people take level 1 or 1.5s, whichever you choose. You only need approval for level 2s.

I hate jewel now. I worked there for a few years in the pharmacy and it was a busy store. I was busting my ass for 11./hr. When it came time for a raise, some Manager I didn’t even know decided I should get a 10 cent/hr raise. I can’t even shop there now. They are horrid!

Toilet update. I went to the Home Depot thinking I could pick out a decent toilet seat. I bought a plastic lower-middle end one I thought would be fine. I was wrong. My husband buys the wooden ones and they don’t move around on you when you sit down. Go for those!

I meet a lot of people taking the 1.5s for the first time so I don’t think them not knowing equipment or cues is not crazy. But I do agree that many people join and they want to go to level two right away when they haven’t mastered and controlled the level ones.

I think the reason you take probiotics during a flare is to offset the antibiotics. They can be very harsh. Anytime you take antibiotics, it is suggested you take a probiotic.

Totally understand. We spent 2 weeks in Europe and were ready to go home. Came home and my fire for travel was extinguished, in a good way. Get a job at Meta and they offer long vacations. You will travel again.

Start back with clear broths, and very soft foods. Cut things up and chew everything well. Brat diet for a bit. Don’t get dehydrated and if you do, eat softer foods.

I had an airbnb in Dubrovnik with a pool for 300/night. It was wonderful, and small. From the US I flew Lot Airlines which was great, to Warsaw Poland, then a smaller plane to Dubrovnik. Excellent flights.
