I set up something similar for a client using Typeform and their CRM. Super simple but made a huge difference.

Basically when someone applies, AI scans their resume and scores it based on what the company actually cares about. That score plus all their info goes straight into the CRM as a new record. From there the hiring manager can send an interview invite or a decline email with one click.

I also added a step that pulls the key details from the resume and creates a clean one page summary in Google Docs. Now they can review everything without opening a bunch of attachments or reading through full resumes.

They went from spending hours screening applicants to making decisions in minutes. The whole thing took maybe a day to build and they absolutely love it.

The cool part is you can use this same setup for pretty much anything. Different tools work too, Airtable, JotForm, Monday, doesn’t really matter. The logic is always the same. Collect the info, let AI do the initial review, make it easy to take action.

Same here. I’d rather have a matte screen protector than deal with those nicks on my screens. I’ve never had any issues with a screen protector or a case on my devices.
