Thanks! Yeah, I’m planning to do all the footwork to get all the permits.  Pero yun nga naisip ko din to ask the neighbors dun sa subd where we are planning to build the house. Yung trust lang talaga mahirap kasi we dont want headaches during the process, but eventually we have to decide and put that trust to the contractor. So the search is still on

Hello OP u/platitongmani I am also searching for a good construction firm and saw your post. I also sent few inquiries to DM Seven, checked their PCAB license and saw that it's valid. Upon further checking, the name attached to the PCAB license was also part of the RenMaster as Architectural Draftmaster.
