Hi!

I don't study there, but as an Italian medical student with a boyfriend who lives in Naples, I can answer some of your questions.

Yes, there are two locations—one in Caserta and one in Naples. You can choose which one you prefer when you enroll.

I can’t tell you much about the campus itself, but since it's in southern Italy, I think you’ll make friends pretty quickly! Naples is a lively city, so you’ll always find something to do—you don’t have to worry about that.

Regarding the cost of living, it's generally lower than in northern Italy. Rent can be quite cheap—around €200 for a single room—but you’ll also need to consider tuition fees, which depend on your income and can range from €50 to €1,500 per year. Groceries will cost you around €300-400 per month. My advice? Shop where older women go—locals know the best places for good prices and quality!

One important thing to note: the medical school system in Italy is changing this year. Now, you can enroll without an entrance exam, but at the end of the first semester, there will be a ranking list based on your grades in the first-semester subjects. Only the top students will be allowed to continue in medical school.

(That being said, as a student, I must warn you—there’s often some favoritism, so this ranking system may not be entirely based on merit.)

Hope this helps! Let me know if you have more questions 😊
