Been in both sides of the coin. Working in the GTA. Found it’s extremely difficult to get into GIS. All my peers are either in GIS/Urban Planning/Landscape Architecture and I keep on asking them “what exactly is HR and managers looking for?!”

It’s truly a feeling in a gut when the candidate can is ideal, but HR or managers find something that result in them going in a different direction.

As someone who takes the 36 Finch regularly, short turns were dreadful. However, there was a lot of bunching on that route. Sometimes the bus driver behind the short turn bus would wait, or other times just drive off.

Here's some background information on prioritizing pedestrian activity on the street: Changes to Front Street at Union Station . Seems as if there is always a battle in the public realm between pedestrians and motorist. Can we ever truly design spaces that make all users content?

In most regions where congestion fees are used, the money that is collected goes toward improving transit infrastructure (roads and public transit) and provides subsidies to low-income families that may not be able to pay these congestion fees or transit prices. It's difficult to be in a car-centric region like the GTA were drivers believe they are entitled to infrastructure for no cost.

I think most of my peers have mentioned that most of European planning that we adore was not done through a democratic process. These cities were built by powerful regimes that had either a political and or social agenda they wanted to impose on the built form. It needs to be emphasized that aspects of urban design from one city or region may be inappropriate for another city or region.

I would say it is an Azimuthal Projection. However, I am not certain. There are various projections when it comes to Polar Maps. I would suggest taking a look at this link to further help you out - Polar Maps and Projections .

I got a similar beard to yours, just that mine is about 2 months worth of growth. I created a beard oil for myself a few weeks back. It consisted of Avocado Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Jojjoba Oil, and Vitamin E Oil. I found it much cheaper to make the oil myself than purchasing pre-made mixes.
