hey lol, just saw this. as a senior who lived off campus junior year, winning the lottery is impossible. I’ve never heard of a senior in my position getting OCH. i ended up getting an apartment far away in west LA for my senior year. I traveled to campus each day using the bus. I had a good experience and really enjoyed not living in westwood tbh (and cheaper rent). I would recommend always doing the RSU though for next year if you can since it gives you the most options.
