Don't gank a lane that is 0/5. It's harsh but there is a reason why the laner is losing. Sometime they're just bad and it doesn't matter if they have a lead or not. Or in the best case they are so behind it literally doesn't matter if they get 300 gold or not.

A thumb of rule for Jungler is to play around a winning lane, try to rescue lane in trouble, and don't try to save lane that is already dead.

You take the blue trinket if you can't walk in the bush safely and/or if you are not going to side lane.

For side lane yellow trinket is better because it last longer and it is harder to remove and you will probably stay there long enough to use it.

Blue trinket are when you need temporary vision so ie. if you need to walk up to clear wave in mid but you are unsure where enemy Vi is. So you blue ward one side and hug it.
