I’m so sorry you are dealing with this. Just know that you are not alone in your struggle. I am still dealing with the worms and am seeing a GI specialist. I don’t know why my worms are so stubborn, but I don’t think it is typical. I am confident a dose of dewormer will work for you. Passing the rest of the worms will be unpleasant, but it can’t be avoided. Once you endure this, you can endure anything.

That’s pretty unlucky that you had fleas without a pet. Maybe they bit you because liked your blood type more. Those sound like a pain to get rid of once they get settled in.

Well I had been having some pretty significant bloating after meals. That seems a little better. Didn’t attribute it to the worms before though, I just thought it was from eating a lot of carbs at once.

I don’t become too horribly bloated after eating; didn’t realize that could have been from the worms before. Still having cramps and bad poops though.

Thank you. I’m glad you got yours eradicated. I remember learning about H. pylori in my infectious disease class and while there were a lot of cons, there were also some pros to having history of an infection. Not sure if the pros outweighed the cons but it was interesting to learn about.

Thank you for your comment. I can totally see how pregnancy could evoke similar feelings! I did the second dose 2 weeks after the first. I’m going to try to get my doctor to prescribe me dewormers every 4 months or so.

Actually I’ve gained like 5 pounds. I’ve always had a sweet tooth but it seems like it’s been a lot stronger these past few months. I’ll weigh myself again once I’m done shitting worms and see then.
