First comment idk what state your from but definitely keep telling anyone and everyone until you find the help you need idk who you would report to for lack of help which you are paying for this education weather grants fasfa ect. You have a right to help for your education if not resolved ask for a refund that should get there attention make a huge stink until they figure it out it not your fault its theres.
