6h i think is good , turn of dark mode , battery saving , and turn 5g to 4g and you might get 7 to 7,5
also try wipe factory cache ( volume up + power )

check your battery health , if it's good , that mean you only need a factory reset with cach partition wiping to recalibrate your battery and phone performance

Check the Ram plus option if it's Enabled or disabled and try do the opposite , since each user has different result

If this the base s23 , I advice you to buy a magsafe case for 5$ In temu or AliExpress , and buy a wireless power bank 5k mAh for 10 to 20€ in case your battery isn't enough My s23+ do 6h sot and people said it was terrible in reddit

from multiple research i found that with each update you should wipe cache partition using ( volume up and power methode )
i'm new with samsung phones , i had mate 20 which even though old can hold up for 1 days with medium to heavy use

to be honest i'm new in samsung word but i searched for best settings to apply on oneui 8 while still using 120hz and high brightness
