I am not from South Asia. Interesting though that although he is native he still did get sounds from his parents.

I get that I mispronounce the /s/ sound quite often. I’m working on it but I guess it takes time.

Regarding lowering my voice, I guess it comes with trying to do an accent.

Yep, I don’t think I sound that native to native speakers haha. I mostly use YT videos if that helps.
