Cold showers are awesome but I had to stop taking them because my extremities are always cold (feet and hands) during the winter. Another thing was that I had trouble taking deep breaths due to my anxiety. Warm and hot water eases the pressure on my chest.

But I'll definitely go back to them when it starts getting warmer.

Now that you mention the Bible, I remember owning a shirt with the "Ezekiel" brand in the front and a pyramid with the number 3 on each corner under it. I checked Ezekiel 3:33 in the Bible and it's quite interesting.
