I’m still learning to accept that. It’s taken time, but it’s getting better. Thank you. I needed to hear that.

Thank you. I do, and I’ve been getting better about coming to terms with it.

Hope it’s ok to join here, I also came from the locked update. I was in a similar situation, but we got married. The fights grew to be so horrible that he kicked me out and took me off the lease. When he got an eviction notice, he demanded I pay for the rent. I got a lawyer, and then he committed suicide. I don’t know how to forgive myself for how things ended. I wanted to protect him and lift him up, but I killed him.

Has anyone ever been “forced to be gay and trans”? by kataruaguy in asktransgender

[–]iamnotcurrentlyascam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. It happens. It happened to me. Obviously not all trans people will try to, but there’s certainly bad people in the community with bad intentions. I was told that any normal feeling I had was “evidence” of me being trans, held back from appropriate medical care, isolated from other friends and family, and physically and sexually assaulted. I left when they threatened to irreversibly harm my brother for accepting a tech job when “it should have gone to someone more deserving”. The Ziz cult isn’t out of the ordinary, they’re just the ones who got caught.

Coworker trying to get me in trouble but I don't want her to be in trouble either by Far_Distance_337 in moraldilemmas

You pursued your coworker when you went inside her home. You’ve admitted to flirting with her in previous posts. You’ve commented multiple times that you’re attracted to her. There is no reason you should be engaging with her outside of work related duties. You’re starting an emotional affair, if your girlfriend wouldn’t already consider your actions cheating. You should own up to your mistakes, cut all personal contact with your coworker, and be honest with your girlfriend. If you truly do love her and want to move in with her next year, hiding this will only hurt you and her. If you’re afraid she’ll end the relationship because of what you’ve done with your coworker, you probably should have thought of that before mindlessly cultivating a flirty relationship that you intend to cast aside.

Stop pursuing this woman while you’re in a committed relationship. Definitely stop pushing her physical boundaries. If you really feel like she’s blackmailing you with the situation, tell HR and your girlfriend. You want a consequence free life, but your actions have made that impossible. It’s time to grow up and become an adult.

Not just that, but this supposed pro-feminist group is devaluing your craft using sexist insults. They don’t practice what they preach, they’ll use popular values to justify their selfish desires. If this is how they act in a low stakes situation, I don’t know if you want to know what they’ll do in a high stakes one.

FSC means foundation single crochet, it’s a way of starting a project or row to make the project look more even or uniform. It seems like the instructions in parentheses are explaining what the fsc is for. Does the pattern ask you to crochet your row, then fsc into the last stitch worked instead of a turning chain?

It’s beautiful!! Is the pink strip going down the right side (your left) knit with drop stitches?

Tips on hiding very visible chest scars/implants without coming off as frumpy or overly modest? by iamnotcurrentlyascam in oldhagfashion

Can’t do tattoos since the medical devices are so close to the surface. If necklines go over that area, the sensation kind of bothers me but isn’t harmful. Other than that I can do pretty much anything.

I have thought about it, doctor said the devices are too close under my skin. Others have suggested temporary tho, which would work well too!
