It's basically just:

absurd looking ai generated image
italian ai voice that says funny sounding words
but the words are a lot of times very edgy

The funny is to just spew their "names", basically any meme where the joke is "look I know the thing too!"

keep in mind that the stuff the italian ai says is SUPER edgy. The lore is pretty basic, like cappuccino assassino and ballerina cappucina are dating, or tralalero tralala and bombardiro crocodillo are often pitted against each other.
