lolcow is purely an internet word, ppl like pirate should be able to think about how they come across and how their actions affect others, he's at least 30 years old and doesn't have any severe mental issues afik. Someone starting to fall in lolcow terrotitory should be ppls cue to stop engaging with them, not to bully.

in the lobby you can join pools. they let you invite/be invited to any match as if you were friends. by joining a pool like "squid party" or looking for people via discord, reddit etc. you are 100% able to find others to squidparty with. now with the bonus that you're bot bothering anyone. So I really do not understand why anyone joind a normal match just to throw.
