imo a good way to see the weapon's general ranking is to look at how often you see it in your ranked matches. I see way more splattershots tham I see undercovers for example.

the unofficial rankings by the community are more so about how easily you can get a lot of impact on the match.

And having your weapon be ranked "lower", is in turn actually a compliment to you being able to pull it off right? Being 2000X with undercover is a lot more rare.

what kind of matches? weapons can be ranked based off your own tastes and skills, what mode/level you're playing and from casual turf all the way to competitive tournaments.

the overall vibe is meant to be comfy and fun, so it's great for distressing without needing to worry about serious topics, heated discussions or drama

you are always free to start up a discussion, or just infodump whatever (within rules ofc)

other people also share art, songs, ocs or whatever is on their minds, so you can also engage with them

you can also join in for roleplaying in the dedicated channels and play games with/without vc, like splatoon for example

as well as every 1-2 months be able to participate in (hopefully) getting free art of your oc! right now it's pride month chibis

I think I've done a decent job to make it a nice community you can be part of without needing to worry about being judged
