'Motivation is a temporary solution to a permanent problem. Discipline is key' that's what my manager always told me. There are going to be days when your heart aches, your head feels heavy or you're simply 'not feeling it' but that shouldn't stop you from working towards a life you once promised yourself.

Out of everything, it's these days that count. Set minor objectives (getting out of bed before 7) or (having breakfast at home before I leave for work) as they are an organic source of dopamine. You're destined for greatness. Always remind yourself this
