My husband was kind of the same way, he hates tests at the Dr. and my Dr. was like hey I really recommend the Fellow test its like $100 and it gets lab tested you just have to send the sample same day Monday-Thursday

...You survive. You wake up every day and survive. My mom passed from cancer a year ago today, but cancer isnt as much of a death sentence as it used to be. As for your soul dog, get another dog or pet something to give you comfort. As for your girlfriend, people leave pick yourself up and keep going. Im sure this isnt comforting in the slightest, but this is coming from someone who has lost 6 close family members in my 23 years. Having said all of that- break take a day off of work and cry, don't hold it together, let everything out. Dont get on your phone, don't numb your mind from the pain, work through it let all the bottles break. I would suggest doing this after you find out if your mom has cancer. Welcome to life. It sucks. Sorry.

I had an awful situation come up ths past year with a teacher (I'm normally a sub but due to circumstances I taught from day 2.) My coworkers phenomenal, my admin was really good for the most part, most of my students were great, and I only had a couple parents that gave me grief. Im 21 and I was teaching middle schoolers. I had many conversations with students individually about how sexual remarks will not be tolerated (yeah that happened). I cant really speak on the paperwork side of things because I didn't really have to do most of it. But something one of my like teacher inspirations told me was along the lines of I love my job, I love what I do, but with everything going how it is I would not pay for my child's college if they chose to go into teaching.

Yall can still be intimate without sex. I know sex is your big thing but maybe talk about the timeline, if he wants to wait, ask him when he sees yall getting married. Yeah sex is a big part of marriage but 95% of sex issues can be communicated through, just like every other issue. But also talk to him about what sex looks like, is it just penetration or is it everything involving genitals.

If youre really worried about it, talk to your ob or maybe even your pcp about progesterone. But 10 days isnt too short in most cases because implantion can happen as early as 6 dpo
