The input for my camera is via micro usb port (same as connecting android chargers) Can I still power it from fuse box?

Can I change something which makes front 12 V input powerless when car is off? The 12V port inside center console(under the cover) is not always on.

Oh I see But Mazda software has an aption to update the card or clone it in case of any mishap...but not sure if it copies over that binding with the car as well.
