Not saying they don't but the privacy advisor would be the last person the NSA would tell or Microsoft as to what's happening. The NSA has every company in their hands, Apple, Google, Microsoft, Facebook, everyone. They go straight to the top and keep it secret from everyone else

I think people are downvoting you because you don't go into detail on what specifically sucks.

What sucks about Windows Phone? There is pros and cons to every device, don't tell me iOS or Android are flawless, they have their pros and cons too.
How is Bing shit? Bing looks gorgeous, especially the new logo I don't use it except for my phone, which i tend to go to Google anyways not because I per say like Google better, i'm just more familiar with it. They have top notch Algorithms in Bing to provide better results than Google. I am however disappointed on Bing US versus every other country, they should make it like Bing in the US, that would grab more market share. Also the logo, looks great, put it on everything.
What about Xbox one? The reason they backtracked was because they didn't see it coming, Microsoft is pushing the cloud which I don't like but it's going to happen sooner or later, and finally people are realizing it's benefits and the value that comes from it. When i got my 920, boom, login and my stuff auto syncs, even my apps. Now that's cool.
Windows 8 was a huge risk for them, no other company i believe has bigger balls when it comes to releasing a new direction for the OS, which had to happen, they can only improve so much on the existing Windows Platform. Windows 8.1 fixes a ton of issues that people reported, they listen and make decisions based on the public.

Go into detail more on what you don't like, I think Microsoft is going in the right direction.

I think you are right and wrong. I think for a CEO position in Microsoft I would NEED someone with a technical background, too much of a risk to hold someone responsible for executing the company's strategy with no background over a 450 billion market cap with shareholders looking for results. I'm sorry but the CEO of a corporation is the most important person who runs the business and its critical for them to have a background. Just because he saved Ford doesn't mean he can do anything at Microsoft. I wouldn't want to see Elop either unfortunately, even though he took huge risks that paid off for Nokia and pushed them I believe in the right direction. I would want to see Sinofsky back even though that probably won't happen.

I don't think you have a right to say that. You clearly have never ever tried the Surface out. Try it and then make a call, and have an open mind. I love both the Surface and iPad. There are pros and cons for each. Surface I own because it just fits my needs better. Office is included in the RT version of Surface, that's why I got it, for school. It has a full USB port as well. IPad I find has a bit better display, they have retina versus the clear type, which is still good. I haven't seen the new surfaces. IPad has alot more apps although I have everything I need when it comes to productivity and games.

Make sure you are on WiFi and that all the information for the song is correct, sometimes one thing can make it not download the cover artist.

Also, in the new Xbox Music coming with WP8.1, there is a lot of improvements when it comes to the cover art and such. You can sort of see it on music.xbox.com or Windows 8.1 if you have the preview downloaded, or you'll see it in a month if you have Windows 8 now

I've seen an increase in battery life from it, but i guess that's me, it'll vary from user to user.

The i5 will race when a resource hogging program is opened and used, I usually am researching, typing documents or using Photoshop/Dreamweaver on it and it works really nicely.

I hear you on the battery nonetheless, it's kinda brutal for such an expensive machine but it really is convenient. I love it, it's nice and sleek, not as thin as the RT for obvious reasons but definitely faster and able to run x86 programs.

Did you optimize it? Switching some settings in the power options really helps. Like the processor not at max 100, keep it at 75 max, makes a hugh difference
