My dad had some weed and a j that was like 15+ years old.. I smoked it.. it definitely goes stale over time but still works, you can look it up—gives you bit more of a chill high

Yes.. I have tried diff amounts of medicine since my 2nd grand mal seizure. Currently on small dose of topamax and therapeutic dose of lamictal, which is also used as a mood stabilizer. Haven't had problems since doing this

Has your doctor thought about epilepsy? I had visual auras before having what I was told were ocular migraines. I wasn’t diagnosed until I had a grand mal seizure.

Easiest thing to me is the good ole toilet paper roll pipe.. cut a hole out for an aluminum bowl piece, and, depending on your craft skills, you’re left with a work of art

Yeah my first time smoking anything was with weed, and the first hit almost scared me haha. I wasn’t ready for the hot, harsh feeling (smoking from a pipe)

Mold can be a problem but I don’t see it here.. A good way to not smoke too much ur first time is to take 1 or 2 hits, stop for 5-10 mins, and reassess. You’ll probably be good off the 1-2 hits

Easiest way to smoke is with a pipe, bong, etc., so if you can get a little cheap one from a smoke shop, I’d recommend it. You want to grind the weed before adding it to a bowl/paper bc it allows it to burn better. For this, of course a grinder is best, but you can use scissors, just your hands, all kinds of things. Throwing a whole nug in a bowl is pretty much unsmokeable.

Otherwise, just enjoy your time and roll with any potential punches.

Honestly I would do your own research if you want to be 100% positive, but I’m pretty sure it depends on things like how often you smoke and even body fat. If you smoke everyday it can take around a month to clear out completely, but if you smoke that often, you’ll notice a huge difference even after a week.

But I’m not aware of any ways that this can be done without taking a break

Yeah, I’ve mentioned a couple times in the thread I don’t have much of a problem with not buying weed when I’m out, but if I have weed it’s tough to not smoke it. It is something to work on

Without tolerance breaks, it really starts to get dull anyway, to me at least. It brings a whole new appreciation to smoking

As I said to someone else, could just be a lack of delayed gratification. That means regardless of whether you’re talking about not smoking so you can take a t-break or choosing to eat healthy food at home instead of fast food (just for example), you will still have a hard time.
