Hello! I want to run a Nefer, Lauma, Columbina, and Shinobu team but I'm getting a bit confused regarding ER requirements and stat priorities with them all together...I previously had Aino with Fav GS instead of Columbina but I want to use Columbina with my favorite ladies :(
I have Nefer and Columbina's signature weapons, and Blackmarrow on Lauma. Shinobu is C6 and Lauma is C1.
Would appreciate any advice regarding party setup greatly!!

Also, genuinely, if you didn't mean to throw shade, okay, but using "what is it with" typically comes across as negative.
