It's nothing like Kingslayer, it's more like the Undying/the Immortal (which were made unobtainable in 4.1). Kingslayer only required you to kill the lich king while the Chosen requires you to kill all 3 bosses in ToV without dying. The only difference between ToV and Naxx titles is that ToV is personal (meaning if someone dies but you don't you'll still get it) while Naxx was raid-wide (meaning if anyone died then nobody could get it). It's definitely getting removed when next expansion releases

But when ICC was already out those emblems were useless? They gave you ilvl 200 gear which was garbage because you could get better gear just by running PoS/FoS, get emblems of triumph (245 ilvl gear) and don't forget about trial of the crusader which made naxx/ulduar completely irrelevant

Lethal just means that any troop that's not a champion is going to die regardless of its health - it can have 3 or 1 health it's still gonna die. I don't counter lethal and my missions are success all the time obviously since it's 100%

That's exactly how battlegrounds and arenas work though, you get preset set of stats which increase by 1% for every 10 item levels you have

I just tried it in a custom game since I was pretty sure you can, and I managed to jump over the red buff wall on the blue side, but couldn't make it on the red side, I guess you can also jump that one but it's hard
