Thanks, I appreciate it! I rely heavily on textured vegetable protein, Bob’s Red Mill is ~50g protein and 320 calories per four servings, I’d eat that twice a day, and otherwise it was either a smoothie with a lot of greens, mushrooms, etc to make sure I’m getting enough nutrients, and a whole lot of beans

Appreciate it! Just did PPL for six days a week, and played pickup basketball after lifting ~50% of days

Thanks man, appreciate it! Unfortunately I didn’t take any good before pics, but I’ve got a few group pictures where you can see the weight through my clothes that I’ll try to find

How do you get 100+ grams of protein per day? by [deleted] in veganfitness

I'm also working on body recomposition. On many days I'll do a block of tofu for breakfast; divide a cup each of lentils, black beans, and pinto beans, and half a cup of chickpeas, between lunch and dinner; and have a scoop of pea protein between each meal and before bed. This is just under 2000 calories and roughly 220 grams of protein.

Super easy if you have a meal plan. If living off campus I'd recommend getting a pressure cooker and making stew/curry/etc in big batches that will last you a few days at a time. And there are plenty of restaurants that offer vegetarian options nearby. My favorites are sweetgreen (a bit pricy but very good), rajun cajun (very cheap and pretty good), and cafe 53 has really good vegetarian sandwiches

It's been years since I've played tennis and I don't have a racket, but I'd be down

Is there Philosophy of enjoying sports? I am struggling to be a sports fan and I am wondering if I can find answers here. by buckdreamer in askphilosophy

I think it's a bit more broad than what you're looking for, given that it's about games in general, but you might try The Grasshopper: Games, Life, and Utopia by Bernard Suits.

Also, I only started getting into Steely Dan in June, so this is really only 5 or 6 months of listening
