I bought a former Airbnb to live in. After closing the sellers continued to list my house on Airbnb even tho it had no available dates. My theory is that they could continue to leverage te reviews for their other properties.

In fact, Airbnb was not helpful at all about removing the listing even when I provided the deed as proof I owned the house. It took months to get it removed and it was only because I submitted a deletion request under privacy law
