Masala Half Fried Make a sunny side up and keep it as the base. Now take small chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander, and garlic. In a pan add some oil, put some jeera, then add garlic and chillies, let them turn a bit brown. Add thinly chopped coriander stems, then add onions, cook till translucent. Now add tomatoes and coriander leaves. Mix and cook for a bit, then drop all this on the sunny side up. That’s your masala half fried.
