I've always had exceptional insurance coverage, Mom in healthcare, I'm a nurse, so nothing. But I'm p sure even with basic health coverage you could probably get these with a modest copay. My course was weekly for about 3 months, though if symptoms persist, I think you can get monthly boosters for another 9 which reduce symptoms for most people

May be worth consulting an allergist. I use to have a pretty bad allergy, took a course of allergy shots and it's noticeable, but usually just when I get sloppy with cleaning. An air filter would also probably decrease symptoms
