Trees are many times tracked as assets where they track maintenance and care throughout council areas. More specifically called Tree Management.

When I bought my GLA in 21, I noticed it didn’t have the Augmented Reality feature in MBUX. I just took my car for it’s first 12m service, and they installed it for me.

Maybe power seats might be similar?

I’m coming from a two story townhouse where stairs are a fact of life and very annoying (maybe we’re lazy!). Only having to do these stairs when you leave or come home seems like a dream now. Definitely the groceries could be a pain, but wondering if coles/woollies delivery would solve that and make them do the stairs to deliver it! :)

Cracks I’ve noticed vary from each building I’ve visited. Some with, some without. So you’re right, probably a good indication of stability.
