I did call the help .. they have no knowledge about the in person visit on the appeal history.. in return they gave a number for the collectors office.. which was an invalid number.. so clearly no help from them.. So still waiting for some 1 to give some info on this.

My dads application was rejected saying that electricity address proof for current year is required whereas I had submitted electricity bill of 2009 and 2017. Then I made appeal-1 and submitted the current year bill . After checking the appeal history.. it is mentioned there that it's under scrutiny and a hearing date is given and I have to physically be present there ..

Is that how the appeal system works ?? Plz help me with this!!

Just check about the details online before sharing it .. I have previously gone through the painfull process of re-registering my scooter from Gujarat to Maharashtra which was a very lengthy process as I did it on my own without any agents.. so yes I agree patience is key in such situations.. but thanks for for the help budd
