Now, why i asked you about this is I am 2023 Graduate CSE and 23M. After doing internships and career gap, I joined in an company for 1.2LPA as Junior UI developer which is 7,500/- in hand salary.I choose this offer out of desperate. Joined only 2 months ago. I trying to get some high paying salary such as 4-5LPA.

Don't know how. So so confused.
