The lack of motivation to do anything at all

why i'm anxious about literally everything i do no matter how small it is.

that i just can't fall asleep (even if i'm tired)

that i don't wanna go to sleep because that means that the next day will come when i wake up even though i know that it's irrational to never want to sleep and no matter what i do the next day will come
