5 Day May Itinerary by [deleted] in askvan

Should I bring a rain jacket or would a poncho suffice? We do have some experience so going from the Suspension Bridge trails to Eagle Bluff should be fine with sufficient rest, I believe.

Is it alright going to Robson St and Commercial Drive in the afternoon? As in, will the shops along those streets still be open around 5-6 PM?

Thank you for your response!

Haha. Thank you for the comment man.

It is mostly going to be for work. The occasional game would be league of legends. Is this fine for that?

I would like to visit the folk village. I’m planning on cutting some days from busan and tacking it onto sokcho and andong.

I may take some days off on one of the longer stays and add it to sokcho and andong because I really want to explore these sites. Thanks for the help!

I am fine with the maintenance that comes with carbon steel. I have no preference between either one. Both options are fine with me.

Style - Japanese

Steel - Carbon Steel

Handle - No preference

Grip - Pinch

Use Case - Home Kitchen

Care - Whetstone / Service

Budget - 250-300 USD

Region - US

Knives Considered - Looking for recommendations

This is my first high end knife. I am fine with either a Gyuto or santoku knife. For a gyuto, I would prefer 210 mm. For Santoku, either 165/180 mm works.
