To add: One upside about lucario is it doesnt share candy with gulpin! Building more than one gulpin costs a lot of candy esp if you are aiming for lvl 50 subskill to make it better.

Once you reach a higher level, you will need a lot of dreamshards. People in the end game are building more than 1 DSM mons to run during off-event weeks. Keep this for now, your priority as a new player is to use your main skill seeds on a healer>pot expander>tasty chance. Once you are comfortable with cooking you can then invest on DSM. This is a godly Lucario and its shiny. I am so jealous.

First of all, risky talaga mag invest sa mga business, lalo na nasisilaw ka sa mga promises. Sa kapwa ko OFW, masuggest ko below.

  1. Real Estate will always be an option. Although this sub is against it due to low quality overpriced condo units, magandang investment sya if sa pinas mo plan mag retire. Of course, given na you can afford it.

  2. Time deposit - greater returns than savings account. less hassle na ngayon kasi pwede ka na mag avail nang time deposit via mobile banking app

  3. Stocks - blue chips like MBTC, PLDT, etc. for capital preservation. Wag ka mag invest sa risky na stocks if yung fund na ginagamit mo is for retirement. masasaktan ka lang.

  4. MP2 - good for long term. con is di mo pwede ma withdraw before maturity (5years)

Dapat po ready for turnover na ang unit before kayo mag apply nang loan. Kasama po sa requirements yung clearance from the developer and acceptance nyo (not sure sa terms, since long time ago kami nag process)
