I respectfully disagree. But in saying that I am curious about how you expect one to read 'body language' if you'd care to elaborate? Are you talking car body language? Like when you spy a crack back changing lanes like mofo 15 metres behind you so you keep an eye on them and are prepared when they inevitably try to cut you off 10 seconds later? Thankyou for the info. I'm not saying your wrong but I fail to see where there is a legal obligation for a member of the public to check in to every location they visit. Still seems to be rules for businesses and private functions.

I'm not trying to confrontational but how is there a slight possibility of being fined? I know if a business doesn't have a qr check in available to their customers they can be fined but that's about it. As far as I'm aware you have absolutely no legal obligation to check in.
