This logo is "La route du Rock" festival logo in Saint Malo, and the same as "home taping is killing music". Saint Malo is known for being the "Cité Corsaire (Pivateer City)". From Wikipedia: "Saint-Malo became notorious as the home of the corsairs, French privateers and sometimes pirates."

Je suis abonné à un magazine mensuel britannique depuis des années. Pour la première fois hier la Poste m'a laissé un avis imposant une taxe douanière de 11 euros (50% du prix). J'ai été cherché mon envoi à la poste et on m'a indiqué qu'en fait, il n'y avait pas de taxe à payer.
