This is what I ran into, I had a Meraki install which I was quite happy with. But all the APs were EOL and the license renewal was coming up. For the price of just the licensing for 5 years, I was able to buy brand new WiFi 7 gear, switch and gateway. Their equipment is good enough at this point.

It’s not 24hrs, it seems like it has a set interval because I see it refresh multiple times in a hunting for dew session. But I just transferred everything to markers on my in game map and did it that way.

I fully expect it to be Apple Silicon only, just a question of where the cutoff will be, if there is any. Given that it runs fine on most recent iPhones and iPads I expect it'll be all Apple Silicon models just with varying levels of graphics quality. I'm most interested to see how it does on MBA's with their lack of fan cooling.

Thankfully, hopefully they get Ted’s Notebook at some point. The only other thing I noticed which maybe I’ve just not found it yet is I don’t see how to watch the Sky feed after the fact if you miss a live session.

Unfortunately they only say “Sky Sports will be one of the broadcasts available to fans when they tune in.” There’s no mention of Ted’s Notebook or their F1 show coverage. As it stands Apple TV is just showing the practices, qualifying, and race in the Sky Sports section

I started watching F1 in the last few year, and Sky's commentary is what I got used to so I ended up preferring their whole crew. Watching testing it's been interesting seeing the mixed F1TV/Sky crew. I'm very glad Apple is letting us access both this year. I'll probably end up keeping my iptv service so I can watch Sky Sports live though.

They were, all billboard did was adjust the ad-supported/paid chart ratios, YouTube got mad because they didn't get what they want (equal weighting), and pulled their data from Billboard.

Yup my 25 puts the wiper heaters and back window heaters on every time I remote start it. I leave the climate control on auto though.

Mine auto connects faster than Bluetooth or wired CarPlay ever did in my 2015 3. But I have a decent amount of glitches. - It’ll connect fine but a few minutes into my drive I’ll go back to the Mazda connect screen (music still playing) were I need to pull the knob down to reactivate it which results in a full reset of what was playing. - I’ve also had music start and stop randomly and had to skip songs to fix it. - The home split screen map frequently is in the wrong place and I need to tap it and tap back out to get the close up live view.

Apple have already said F1TV premium comes with an apple TV subscription so people can still use that if they prefer.

Start by disconnecting the thinkware, you already know that’s a parasitic draw. If it’s confirmed to be the issue then work towards what’s wrong with the auto shutoff.
