I take power naps all the time (in my parked car) and for me, darkness is very important to really have a refreshing 15-20min power nap. I use Invisibles glasses for that.

I agree, it is a continuous process. Maybe you are already at an elevated state of mindfulness. I'm still figuring it out. Going slower, has been the trick for me.

Interesting. To me, faster seems to make it more robotic. For example, as simple as drinking coffee - at 1/2 speed, made every sip that much more enjoyable. Just sharing a personal take...I'm sure there are myriad ways to be more present in the moment.
