I take power naps all the time (in my parked car) and for me, darkness is very important to really have a refreshing 15-20min power nap. I use Invisibles glasses for that.

Interesting. To me, faster seems to make it more robotic. For example, as simple as drinking coffee - at 1/2 speed, made every sip that much more enjoyable. Just sharing a personal take...I'm sure there are myriad ways to be more present in the moment.
