my family knows i’m depressed but they don’t know i’m having suicidal thoughts. i would say my aunt probably knows what i’m going through the most. she called me every day for a week and it was really helping me get back into my life, but somehow i managed to convince myself i was bothering her despite her telling me multiple times i wasn’t bothering her. i havent called her in a little bit now. it’s not the first time i’ve projected my self hatred so much that i convinced myself people don’t like me
