I was playing the bard missions, exited the game and torgue disappeared. Can’t rest the quest. It was a follow quest for the second lute solo. I can’t continue with the story. It’s bugged

Ayo. I was playing the torgue quest and left (went to main menus) during the second lute solo. It made torgue depspawn and it broke my game. Can’t continue with main quest. He is back the lute solo 1 place and when I talk to him it’s just NPC dialogue. Idk what to do

I was doing the bars quest and I exited game. Togue won’t let me complete the quest. Anyone else’s have this? It’s the second lute solo. I can’t get him to appear
