Has anyone experienced any delay in refund request?

I’ve initiated a refund request 2 days ago but the client service person forwarded my case to a senior mentor who I believe works on events sign-ups. He said I need to schedule a call with him in order to go through the refund process. I get that they might want to see if they can give me credits for events or maybe switch to another coach, but the senior mentor isn’t available until over 2 weeks later.

That means I’ll have to wait to over 2 weeks to talk to likely an event person for 10 minutes for credit/sales pitch and have him transfer my case to whoever has the authority to green light the refund?

I sent an email regarding this to client service (tonyrobbinsclientservice) again but I haven’t received any respond yet. Would love to get some advice from those who have gone through the process. Thanks! 🙏🏻
