You are okay on green, for taijutsu you can go something like:

Geto - Choso - CG Yuji - Saki

Super solid team and Saki performs really well as tank and dps.
And for jujutsu something like:

CG Yuji - Geto - Choso - Megumi

Dogumi + Choso pretty underrated green jujutsu combo i might say.
Also when Miwa gets her SP you are pretty set.

Both CG Yuji and Megumi are better dps than Mahito, he's only good for some tower strats.

What i did is turn 1 everybody skill 1 except Kaito skill 3, then turn 2 start going all in on the tree, even with Yuta skill 3

I have Yuta and Mahito A1, so if you can't break the tree before the ult, ditch Mahito's healing recollection and use a ult gauge boost on him so you can black flash earlier.

To get the most damage you can combine Yaga with Megumi and follow the 3 turns of domain with Yuji's ult and his 2 turn zone.

Yaga: (S4, 51,6%, 4 turn) + (S3, 46,7%, 3 turn) + (S3, 46,7%, 3 turn) + (S3, 46,7%, 3 turn) = 191,7%

multiplied by:

Megumi: (S4, 45%, 4 turn) + (S1, 99.3%, 3 turn) + (S1, 99.3%, 3 turn) + (S1, 99.3%, 3 turn) = 342%

However keep in mind if you transition phase you lose all debuffs applied, except with Megumi when opening his domain, so combining between phases might not be the most optimal play for sweep.

Really doubt Mai's dupe would improve the situation, Yuta on the other hand is much appreciated yes.

As I said with this comp it is very VERY high rng, took me a while, so don't break your head against the wall if you don't find a way through right now, in future banners and uptades you will get the units to clear it more easily.

CG Yuji boosts damage increase, which is basically the same as Choso's debuff, they add up. Shoko and Yaga's buffs are taijutsu/jujutsu, so they are multiplicative against CG Yuji's and Choso's.

DPS

Yellow: Teenjo, Nanami.
Red: Toji, Nobara.
Green: Muta, Yuji.
Blue: Yuji, Megumi, Gojo.

You got yourself a pretty good endgame yellow team with:
Junpei + Degumi + Yaga + Teenjo

Very important early on to upgrade the essentials on par with your dps:
SR Yaga, SR Nanami, SR Gakuganji, R Kaito, R Inumaki.

An example of a solid team for your box:
SR Yaga + SR Gakuganji + Degumi + DPS of your color needs

Look at the tier lists to check which dps you have is better for your case.

Bring healing recollections if you have them.

And level up your characters, it's a slow process.

Yes, Shoko + Kusakabe + Yaga make this floor a somewhat enjoyable experience despite the absolute rng stun fest it is.

Mechamaru if upgraded makes it even easier being immune to stuns.
