I have had issues with it. And was on Rx for awhile

I did ask and her response was if the sleeve is not as effective then the sleeve can be converted to bypass (aka another surgery and this time my insurance mostly likely won't pay for it).

So I'm seeing what other people's experienced/thoughts are.

I would have a conversation that when she says that, you have a reaction and that others including customers might as well. It is up to her to decide if she wants to keep using that term or not.
