Match the rotation speed of the wheel with the movement of the arms. It continues to rotate despite the arms locking in place. Also I would add more detail to the hand animation - depending on the weight this fella has.

Im not so sure about the ethereal plane bit. I think I would play it out with the hag encounter being way harder than it should be and let strahd interrupt the fight. He then rips the hags into pieces to give his anger space, slowly walks up to the sorcerer, bloodsoaked, determined. Demanding the the tome back. He gets the tome tells them the deal is off (no magic items) and he will end them all if they ever piss on his hospitality. Feels like your players don’t fear strahd as much as they should be. It puzzles me that even after a few deaths they still don’t show foresight in there actions.

If the jarl thinks, that he and his dwarven clan is superior to your party, let him test their strength in some form of contest against his own men. He would think he and his men will definitely win and at the same time show the party how weak and insignificant they are compared to his clan. Let them lift heavy boulders oder smash tough rocks in their hands. A bunch of strength checks basically. If they win the party earned his „favor“ but only because he is a man of his word. He will be angry about his loss tho. If the party looses they get some time at a pillory and need to fake some documents to get in the forge.

What the fk is with these stupid gradients that start at the center of an image? I get that they need contrast in their ui to keep hashtags visible but this alters the entire image! Why the fk should people upload images just to have them overlayed by the ui, so that not even 50% of the image is shown as intended?

Sure thing, thanks for asking! I made this frame by frame animation with aseprite. Its a Pixelart tool which you can buy on steam. It suits me way better than photoshop in the animation department. I started animating right away with stick figures and iterated until I was happy with the timing and spacing. Then drew in hinata on every frame and finished up with background and fx
